Demonstration Events.
Demonstration events are being scheduled in specific locations to increase awareness of outdoor recreational opportunities, demonstrate assistive technology (AT) available, and explore adaptive practices. All Montanans are invited to attend and participate in demonstration events and will benefit from:
- hands-on experience with outdoor recreational AT available through the MATOR equipment loan program
- staff demonstrations of equipment usage in the field and personal trials of equipment
- exploration of adaptive practices for a variety of outdoor activities and disabilities
- personalized advice and contact with staff
