The Montana Access to Recreation Opportunities (MARO) program allows you to search for accessible sites for various activities in Missoula and Ravalli Counties, others within 100 miles of Missoula, and Glacier and Yellowstone National Parks. We hope to expand this service to other regions of Montana and beyond depending upon available funding.
You may also contact your regional Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks (MFWP) office to talk to that specific Block Management Area (BMA) manager for information about privileged access to private lands offered by landowners to sportsmen and sportswomen with disabilities.
By contacting your local or regional U.S. Forest Service office, you can also learn more about special roads designated for privileged access for sportsmen and sportswomen with disabilities who meet their qualifying criteria.
