Recreational equipment loans are available to all Montanans with disabilities and those who are aging. Families, friends, other support persons, or professionals may borrow on behalf of an individual. This equipment is loaned to enable individuals to participate in wildlife viewing, fishing, hunting, and related activities.

Below are examples of the types of equipment that are available for check out.

Important Program Information: Unfortunately there is no longer funding to support this program and thus it is supported only through volunteer efforts and donations. For more information, to volunteer, or donate, please call 406.243.5769.

Shooting Sports/Hunting:

  • rifle mounts providing support and manual function
  • rifle mounts with mechanical aim & trigger firing mechanisms
  • trigger finger, hand, and wrist supports
  • mechanical bite trigger

  • bow mount

Camping, Access, and Related Equipment:

  • off-road manual wheelchair with accessories
  • accessible ground blinds

  • Trail Buddy off-road mobility assistance devices
