Location pictures.
1: Picture 1--Uneven sandy ground and a steep slope prevent the historical information sign from being accessible.
2: Picture 2--River overlook on a sandy bluff.
3: Picture 3--Inaccessible social trails follow the riverbank on either side of the river overlook. Note that this photo was taken during high water. Later in the summer the riverbank would be a 5-foot or more drop-off.
4: Picture 4--Inaccessible flat and open but unstable and uneven sandy path leading from the parking lot to the river overlook.
Additional information about this location.
1: There is only an informal unstable sandy trail between the parking lot and the river overlook and river access points. The trail is narrow and uneven. Social trails follow the river shoreline, but are not accessible. The large historical information sign does not have an accessible trail leading to it--therefore it is considered to be non-accessible. More information about this site can be found at VisitMT.com.
