Location: Log Gulch is located 3 miles east of Wolf Creek on Recreation Road, across the bridge. Travel 7 miles southeast on county road on east side of lake.

There is mixed RV/tent campsites at this campground. There is no designated accessible campsite, however many of the campsites are mostly level with end accessible picnic tables on grassy ground (with some clumps/bumps). The fire rings are not accessible. The road to the campsites is paved while the parking pads are gravel.
In the summer of 2009 there was a fire that swept through this campground. None of the facilities were burned, but because of burned tree and debris the campground is closed for repairs. The day use area and boat launch were open at the time this comment was written, but check with the BLM website for further updates and possible closures.
