There are three sheltered picnic areas, one of which is a group picnic shelter. There is fairly significant slope to reach any of the picnic shelters from the marked parking spaces and the toilets. Two of the picnic sites have sections of the access route with a slope of at least 8% up to 14.3% and one of the picnic shelters access routes has a cross slope of 6.3%.

There is a volleyball court at this site and there is paved access to a sandy beach area.
