1: The turnoff from Highway 83 to access this campground is at mileposts 14. More information about this site is available at VisitMT.com.

2: There is a lot of parking in the day use area. There is a nice dedicated swimming area, but watch out for the slope and cross slope. There is also a second (non-dedicated) swimming area in the day use area with a better access route, as well as benches, picnic tables, and a nearby volleyball court. A few picnic tables in the day use area have BBQ pits with cooking surfaces less than 15 inches high.

The campsites at River Point Campground do not have accessible picnic tables or fire rings. The parking pads are paved and many of the sites do have flat, compacted gravel throughout the amenity areas. Slopes throughout the site are minimal.
